Delivery Estimates

• Domestic (US): Once handed to the carrier, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location.
• International: Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks, but can be longer depending on your local customs processing.

Shipping Rates & Protection

• Free Shipping: Available for US residents on orders of $65 and over.
• Package Protection: We highly recommend selecting package protection at checkout.
• Why it matters: Once a package leaves our Gaithersburg facility, the carrier (USPS/UPS) is responsible for it. Protection ensures coverage if your package is lost, stolen, or destroyed during transit.

Important Logistics

Multiple Shipments: Due to high demand, some items may be mailed separately. You will receive tracking for each individual package.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship it, but the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs.
• International Fees: Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred upon delivery in their home country.
